Tammie Mullis

Caterer

We could not do the wonderful things we do if not for our amazing and talented caterer.

Tammie brings more than 10 years of experience in catering from working with corporate events, parties and weddings.  She holds a Culinary Arts degree from WCC and was most recently the culinary instructor at Brunswick Community College.

She is currently the Food Services Director for Brunswick Senior Resources where she oversees the meal preparation and all aspects of the meals provided to senior citizens.  She is very proud that she can be an integral part of providing a hot and healthy meal to the seniors in Brunswick County.

Food is her passion, but she manages to sneak away from the kitchen once in a while.  You'll often find her spending time with her love, Steve.  Together they enjoy listening the different bands around town, going to concerts and being with friends.   We are thrilled to have Tammie to share her talents with us and our clients.

Gayle Collins

Owner, Stylist & Event Planner

Getting to do what I love to do every single day is a dream come true for me.  I feel very blessed to be able to work with so many beautiful and amazing clients.  It hasn't always been this way.  After producing corporate events, gatherings, weddings and parties as a hobby I decided to take a leap of faith and leave a corporate position after 17 years to pursue what I absolutely love to do!

I am passionate about and committed to helping people enjoy a stress free event.  I love to bring people together in a party…fun atmosphere.   One day I realized that in all of my professional life I was always finding myself in the middle of planning fun and memorable events for the people around me. That's why professional event planning is right up my alley.  I decided to leverage my  experience working with different events into creating a coordination style that is unique. I make it my goal to personalize every single event for each client and handle stressful event situations with grace. My motto is to be flexible and always ready to change directions even at the spur of the minute.  After all, whether it is the most important day of a couple's life, a corporate event or even an intimate luxury anniversary picnic….the fact is that it is YOUR DAY AND I AM HERE FOR YOU!  I am proud to say that my signature is creative and tasteful designs with the utmost attention to details and the flow of your event.

I am happy to say that my clients often tell me that they appreciate my caring personality and sincerity. I am most proud that I am still friends with many previous clients and those clients often lead me to other clients. My days usually end with me taking the greatest satisfaction in seeing everyone happy and I am always grateful for the opportunity to make this happen.

What do I do in my spare time?  What's that?  Well….actually I do take a day off here and there and I love to travel with my sweet amazing husband of almost 10 years.  We love living in Paradise at North Myrtle Beach, listening to live music, and hanging out with a very special group of beach friends.  You can also find me thrifting vintage and antique shops, or spending time with my daughter who lives in New Orleans.
